The Plan ₿ Program is a comprehensive five-month educational initiative designed to help professionals and career shifters transition into the Bitcoin industry. The culmination is the Lugano Summer School in June, where the 21 highest-ranked students from each track participate in an intensive two-week bootcamp. This competitive program emphasizes real-world practice, networking opportunities, and building lasting industry connections. Top performers earn an official Plan ₿ Diploma, which has proven valuable for career advancement—over 13 graduates from last year’s cohort of 21 were hired by leading Bitcoin companies.
